Shipping Policies
All Diamonds are shipped by Unites States Postal Service Registered mail.

You will need a photo ID to receive your order.

Additional charges will apply.

Insurance
All shipments via Unites States Postal Service are fully insured at no additional expense.

Return Policy
We are sure our Jewelry and diamonds are sure to please. If for any any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 21 days for a refund in the same form as your payment. There is a 10% restocking fee. Items that have been damaged or altered by another jeweler will not be accepted.

Legal Stuff
You agree to pay all costs, including attorney's fees and expenses and court costs, incurred by The Jewelry Doctor or its assigns in enforcing any part of this sale/agreement.
Colorado laws shall govern this sale/agreement. The jusrisdiction governing this sale/agreement will be any court within the State of Colorado.

The price for which each item sold represents the price the Jewelry Doctor has offered and you have paid, independant of any description by the Jewelry Doctor. Grading gems and jewelry is an art and not a science. The Condition, grade, or description of any item sold represents the opinion of the Jewelry Doctor or the opinion of such other persons who may have provided the condition, grade or description to the Jewelry Doctor and is not a warranty of any kind. The Jewelry Doctor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability.
The Jewelry Doctors sole liability for any claim shall be no greater than the price of the merchandise to which a claim is made after such merchandise is returned to and inspected by the Jewelry Doctor. Such Liability shall not include consequential damages.

Items removed from the original holder may not be returned for any reason whatsoever.

Items altered by another Jeweler, to include resizing, engraving or replacement of gem stones, may not be returned for any reason whatsoever.

All terms of this sale/agreement are binding regardless of prior transactions.
